If you have enough patches I would say put one on the inside and the outside. If you only have enough for one definitely put it on the outside.
For glue, I would think any kind of good rubber cement would work, something like what comes in tire-plugging kits. |

If I'm not mistaken they are made from Poly vinyl cloride (PVC)
If in fact they are I would think that PVC glue would be the best thing as it actually welds the two togeather. They make PVC shower pan lining material (to put under a mud set pan) which you can get in Home Depot, the glue to seam these liners is in the same area (plumbing). Or possibly the same glue as you use to join PVC pipe.... just make sure to get the clear primer and not the purple as it will stain your skins. I would think the shower pan liner material would make a good patch as well if you needed more patching material. |

I might get that Aqua Seal adhesive stuff. Seems like it might be good. I got plenty of patching. I got the jacket and the pants. Each came with like a 5x3 piece maybe bigger. If not, i might use 5200. I know my boss has some. I got it all over my nice jacket. Found that stuff out the hard way. haha
Thanks all |

Aqua Seal is great stuff. Skin divers use it to repair wetsuits and the boots that they wear, both of which come into a lot of contact with sharp coral. The suit or boot might get ripped again, but not the Aqua Seal spot.
