Greetings from Superbowl XLII

It's been a great couple of days here in Phoenix. Friday night we hit old town Scottsdale and got sucked into the Rusty Spur...instant tailspin that ended at IHOP. Today we went to the stadium for the NFLX and it was well worth while. The VIP passes paid off as the line to buy tickets, and enter was estimated at 3 hrs. I took this shot this morning from the Ferris Wheel.


Made the Tuscon CBS news with an interview then regrouped for the Superbowl Saturday Night party in Tempe. Boys like Girls, then Counting Crows played to a monster crowd and then an awesome set of fireworks for the night.


The NFL knows how to throw a party. Tomorrow we'll be hitting the NFL Tailgate party which is always 1st class, then into the game. GO GIANTS! My estimate is that we've got about 60% + Giants fans here in town and everyone's fired up for a great game.

Man....Well I WILL HAVE TO WATCH IT FROM MARYLAND

I'm realistic about the Giants chance but will be pulling for them 100%! The up side is, if for some twist of fate New England wins, it will be a good piece of history. There seems to be a good bit of respect between the fans on this one.

By the way, I picked up two Superbowl Shirts yesterday....$245.00 and they couldn't take peoples money fast enough. It's like it had "marine" stamped on it.

A completely AWESOME game! Nice work Giants, the place was rocking!

Hey BOX, I almost had them ready to rename it the National Fishing League, with you as the president. Ryan Seacrest said he was on board but Travolta had other ideas.

These guys were sitting next to us and got a hold of a promo newspaper that was supposedly given to just a handful of players. In any event, USA Today took this same photo, I'll be interested to see if it runs tomorrow.
