I have a Greener Light Harpoon Gun (rifle) in the original case with all accessories, including the original manual. This harpoon gun was made by the well-known arms maker, Greener of England and distributed by the Navy Arms Co. here in the states. This is the model harpoon gun that was fired off the bow in the "Jaws" movie. The original manual in the case shows a price of $695 in 1967. Anyone have any idea what its worth today? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks, tsherm

Now that is a collectors item! I have always thought that was the coolest thing I had ever seen. I would love to have that thing. Have you ever used it? If so did you use the yellow barrels???

No, I've never used it. Belonged to an Uncle who passed away and my Aunt asked me to see if I could find out how much it's worth because "it scares her", and she would rather not have it in her house. Been up in the attic for probably 30 years. It is really cool. I wouldn't mind owning it myself but have other priorities right now. tsherm
Just by the amount of interest one generated on the Fore Sale section a few months back I'd say one in that kind of condition is worth a good bit. Post it on there and wait about a month before deciding what to do. My guess is someone will offer several thousands before too long. There was a guy on here awhile back who collected Jaws movie related items. He seemed very interested in the last one that was posted.
