The education is there, all you have to do is want it. You can not help someone that doesn't (or will not) help themselve's. Once again there is a segment of the population that think's it's someone else's fault. Let's see; free transportation, free breakfast, free lunch, free book's, etc.......... By the way my parent's or I paids for all of the above when I was coming up, (just seemed proper to add that). Yep, it's gotta be someone else's fault these poor children aren't getting an education and making something of themselve's. PS. I've watched my 1 football (any kind of ball) game for the year. But at half-time I was thinking the same thing. I'd hold Jihad on that crowd myself. And what's up with the folk's that are given the priviledge to sing the National Anthem. Never mind putting more soul into it, adding a little bit of art, putting your style on in. Just sing the Danged song with the respect it's due. Any time one of those yahoo's screw with that song, I write them off, period. What's the difference between that and Roseanne Barr scratching her hind end while singing it. None in my book, it's all disgraceful. I know I'm starting to sound like an old man again.
