    Graphite Dulling

    Does anyone know how to restore the "shine" to a the graphite on a TLD? Mine are looking a little chaulky...how about WD40 or something like that?

    i was thinking maybe the armor all that is used on car dashes etc probably wouldnt want to get on line though, i have a few graphite that are getting alittle faded to would like to spiff them up alittle.

    Within the past week one of the hosts on a salt water TV show recommended aerosol canned furniture polish. Did not notice the brand he used. He also said it was good for the rod guides as well. He just sprayed it on the rod.
    nad I can't remember if he wiped it.

    Try Woody Wax. The stuff is a bit expensive but will work wonders.
