Graphics / shirts ??

Does anyone know of a good shop to have shirts made up with a graphic design ??
I kinda know what I want but am terrible at drawing it out.

Basically their art department just cleaned up some stuff I did... The actual painting was done for me by a friend, I photo shopped it a bit, and the printers cleaned it up...

Also - his username is Capt Cotton
