If they ban fishing..im moving to an island nation where things aren't so controlled yet close enough to fly..screw that crap..ban the longliners and get it over with. Pay them well for the licenses they hold and put an end to it..jaysus who's running this mess.

Why pay for the license? Give me a break. Local zoning took away my right to rent to students.......they didnt pay me! Law is convenience. Why should we pay them? No one pays a guy for a job that goes away. When was the last time you saw a milk man?

Hey Alex sorry about the BS, you need to start a student protest, they started to do that in our area a few years ago, and the students threatened to boycott all the local business'. The city shut up real quick after that. So did alot of the residents that were complaining when they realized it was going to hit them in their pockets. There is very limited student housing in our area so students get a bit touchy.

We have 8 rentals near the university we do our best, but were not there all the time. Luckily are neighbors dont complain, of course we bought a bunch of shitholes and redid them inside and out. Painted everything and redid the landscaping. There is one other big landlord on our block, and our houses and theirs are the best looking in the block. We had one neighbor in the beginning that complained because we blocked her access to one of our driveways,she cant drive all the way around her house she has to back up now.

I think its funny how they stated "The problem student housing causes is that they have no investment whatsoever in the neighborhood, even with such things as litter on the ground," said Booth. "There are unwritten rules in the neighborhood that they're not aware of or don't want to follow." Unwritten rules. Thats funny if there unwritten they dont exist, just because some asshat has his panties in a bunch he thinks his "rules" matter? I thought thats what laws were for. Heres a thought you live near a university, if you dont like students, move.

Not one bit of that article is accurate, but I dont even care. I still do what I do. Twardy got indicted, Lori is still a fat pig, and I still collect rent. Since you know me fishitout, you must also know, I didnt even OWN the property they took me to court for. So if you think im arrogant here, what do you think I was like in a situation like that. For the record, I paid NO fine. They can kiss my A%$. Thanks, fishitout.......

Now back to paying commercial guys to go out of business, What a political joke that is.

Nauti, The biggest pigs in the neighborhood are the residents. I wish some of them would move. I own 5 on one block so they thought they could get me to sell to families. Twardy helped them and they voted him out of office. Im still there. Taking care of my properties and collecting rent. Anyone that really knows me would be happy to have me buy the house next door. My rentals are nicer homes than the people that live there live in. Fishitout seems to be my shadow. I always say, you aint shit unless they talk about you. Thanks fishitout. You wont embarrass me, Im sure you live south of me.
