How many packages in that shipping? If more than one , being that it shipped on the 9th if ground it may not even be ready for delivery. I had a fellow recently blowing a gasket... I sent a replacement with delivery confirmation... Said he still didn't get... Del confirmation said he did. It wasn't a big item so I sent a third... He got that one... Two weeks later the first two showed up and he was honest enough to send them back...
If you navigate deep enough in the ebay system you can probably find his phone number. Tell him to cut the shit and tell you whats going on for real.

Great advice. He only sent one tracking #, and only one package came (I new he couldn't send two reels and two rod rod in package) I also got his phone # off the shipping lable and gave him a personal call. He still has not responded. Guys like this ruin it everone.

Kahi may be on to something here. One time I forgot to change my shipping address and a reel I purchased on e-bay was sent to my old address. Well, of course the guy living there had no idea what I was talking about when I showed up at his house 1 week later and asked about it. While leaving, I noticed a box in his trash can with my name on it.(what an idiot) One friendly visit from my buddy in his Greenville Police Dept. uniform and he gladly returned my reel.

Maybe time to get creative!! Good luck.

WELL I FINALLY GOT MY REELS, UPS USED 1 TRACKING NUMBER FOR 2 PACKAGES. WHEN THE RODS CAME THE PACKING LABEL SAID 1 PACKAGE. THE NEXT DAY REELS COME WITH SAME TRACK#.

IT ONLY TOOK A MONTH BUT PAY PAL DID A GREAT JOB.

glad everything worked out ok, I had something similar happening to me, some guy was suppose to send me a Penn International rod, i paid for it, only answers i got were "yes" and "i shipped it". I got the refund by paypal less 25$ (could have bought another black hole )
