Good service from Rupp

Just wanted to publicly say that I've had great customer service from Rupp. My outriggers are now 7 years old and through wear, tear and my own maneuvers, I've needed to replace some minor hardware on them.

It seems to be getting harder and harder to find good customer service and we share the good, bad and ugly here.

Rupp has been great to deal with. In my experiences with them they respond quickly to questions and requests and I can find parts at a fair price. A public thank you and recommendation for this company.

I got a MasterCard so I could deal with Rupp over the phone as they don't take American Express. They are one of the best vendors I have ever dealt with.
