I would add....the mid water trawlers have taken the breeding size fish from the large bait schools. This continually is reducing the size of the schools and all predators feeding on them. A collapse is eminent. Studies have shown the breeding size and data is available with in the NMFS. Allowing this organization to continually disregard their own data and lay blame in other categories is unacceptable from this date forward.....
