Stop at one of the roadside stands on the ES of Virginia and get you some Collards (or better yet Turnip Greens...hell yeah) and some Hayman sweet taters...and stop at Stuckey's in Mappsville (where my mom is from) for a pecan roll. Make your tongue beat the roof of your mouth to death.

Got oysters and crab on the shore to go with bambi. Got the pecan roll... Picked some cotton on way down. Got pulled over tonight in Georgia for tag being covered partly. (Yeah right officer... What do you really want)He about shit when he saw the 130's I'm totin... Car filled with fishin and killin shit. My captain Paul jacket in plain view. Team mirage shirt on my back...
"Where ya comming from?" I think he was taken back when I said Jersey... Like where the hell is that? Thats far away aint it? How did you get all the way here?
Pics all over the place of me and fish and he's just oohin and ahhin... Then came the greatest question of all... "So do you fish?"
Felt like sayin "Sherlock you got me. I never fished a day in my life.Just a cover for my real job... I"m a G Man!" Then flash the TWIC card!

Cooler of bambies and bass didn't phase him. Bow, crossbow, 12 guage, blow gun, samaurai sword all seemed right common... Wonder what he was really lookin for? Oh well God bless him, nice kid tryin to do good.

I have been told that is kinda how my town got its name. Tyaskin. it use to be a big harbor town. I have seen the old warf pics and it was quite bustling compared to the 18 houses and a post office that we have now. Supposedly the tides were a big factor on weather or not you could make it to the warf. so everybody was always asking about the tides. So some how it got to Tyaskin.
Bill, Bill, Bill, I thought that every one knew that there are 4 pecks to the bushel. The old metal buckets were a peck and 4 of then filled a bushel. Gees, we were taught that in school...

Well back at castle deep safe and sound... Woke in the night to see out of my motel room flashlights lookin in the rolling tackle box.
It was the young fellow who pulled me over with others. "I tellya this guy euses thim big ol poles to catch monster fish!"

Rolled south to a flea market in central Florida I have seen on the drive before. Good golly there were some special people there! I never saw so many motorized chairs and oxygen bottles. $2 sunglasses, 50 cent jars of spices , blacklight velvet Elvis posters, used vhs tapes, buckets of used golfballs, tackle that had been exumed from the swamp floor, platic nativity scenes, swords, airsoft guns, cheap handcuffs, surplus, dental intruments, 3 for 10 tee shirts, hermit crabs, and finally the veggie stand to end all stands... I found all the stuff I could ever want right there... Amazing how much stuff you can get for $4.50 when you get straight from the source...
