Without getting to heavy I met a guy 20 odd years ago who said we were comming into the next ice age, just laught at the time but one thing stuck in my brain you need to warm up first before you can freeze . In otherwords the ice caps need to melt to free up fresh water before it can snow on land.
This as I have said, made sense after a bit more reading in the last few yearscame across the fact that Co2 also has to increase to create the "right" Ice age have a look at the graph on this page and do your own homework!!
