    Gear / Supplies / Parts / Equip

Does any one have a checklist of gear that they have brought or would bring on a long distance (300 miles) coastal cruise. I am trying to figure out what gear / tools / misc I should bring.

This is going to be a boat transport from NJ to Ma? Any thought or suggestions are appreciated?
    Thanks

    Pretty easy. basics are:
    -EPIRB
    -Ditch Bag
    -Plenty of provisions
    -Handheld GPS (water proof/resistant)
    -Handheld VHS, also water proof

    and the others:
every part/supply/gear that you think you MIGHT need, and then stuff that you think you MAY need, and plenty of spare pumps, wire, fuses, tools, voltmeters, and lots of bottled water. If you dont have it on board during the trip, it will probably be the first thing to break.
