that must have been a thing of beauty - 120lbs of meat!!!!! MMM MMM GOOD!!!!!!!!...i got a wahoo this weekend but she was nothin compared to that!! she didnt even make it back to the house - we sushied her up and doused her in wasabi and soy....

Man way to go, If you have not eaten the belly of the beast you are in for a treat, sprinkle with salt pepper and a touch of olive oil. Heat your grill untill its white hot I mean its white or red it so hot, throw that baby up there and let it sizzle it will cook fast so once th layers start to peel apart flip it for a few seconds. do not close the grill it will steam it and you just want sizzle keep it to med rare and serve with you favorite accompaniments.
