PM me too for more info... Here in Mass., there are more than 38,000 freemansons in 230 lodges across the commonwealth. We're part of a tradition that goes back more than 275 years. Lots of famous masons you've heard of including Ben Franklin, Geo. Washington, Thurgood Marshall, and John Glenn to name a few.
Check this out: in North America, masonic charities contribute about $3MILLION PER DAY to charitable causes. PER DAY! That's one reason the world-class care children receive at the Shriners Hospitals is done at no financial obligation to the patient or family.
Charlie this isnt to argue, but arent the Shriners hospitals funded by the Shriners? Not the Masons? Once again Im just asking cause I dont know much about either oraganization. I thought they were seperate entities, or are they connected somehow? The reason I ask is the Shriners are one of the charities we give to, not that it will make a difference Im just curious.
