    Looks to me they might have saved his life from what looked like the begining of and unruly mob. They should have escorted him to his car for his protection. I wonder if he was charged with a crime. I also wonder if he will sue for an infringement on his first amendment rites.

    sadly but true as from an above post....yes the Police may have saved the guys life from the Bama faithful showing their true colors...

    Just to clarify - it looks like the guy was arrested for not obeying an officer of the law, and it looked like he was kind of asking for it. Didn't bother watching the other one.

    Please go back to blaming everything that is wrong with America on a guy that has been President-elect for almost a week now.

    No. Time to point this out right now, before you even get started.. "JUST TO CLARIFY"....show us where anyone blamed any of this on the president-elect.

    Gringo - OP stated man arrested for wearing a McCain/Palin shirt. What I was clarifying was what the guy was arrested for (being a douche to a policeman).

    I chucked in the part about blaming Obama for giggles based on all the follow ups.

    Does that 'clarify' it?

    It will be interesting to see what happens in this case.

    The officers were trying to prevent trouble. The man was in danger.

    I was in Philadelphia the night they won the world series. There was bedlam in the streets and windows were broken in City Hall.
