    I run free Avg along with Spybot, Plus Crap cleaner and Advanced windows care all free from 10bit or file hippo.com Great setup, 3 clicks a day sorted look at what you can do with all these programs eg Crap cleaner run the 35 Grunman, the tax man will be able to see nothing,

    I run it on my PC an put it on friends PC's that I fix. I have yet to have any issues with it....

    If you are using Roadrunner, you get a free subscription to the entire CA suite of protection software for as long as you have the service. Anti-virus, firewall, spyware protection, and parental controls.

    It's pretty good stuff. A little annoying at times due to the protection blocking stuff and then having to answer yes or no to the pop ups.
