Freaking Drunk Drivers! I think he was Drunk??

My buddy and I, in his truck with his boat are headed to Florida Bay at 5 am. He dials his phone to call a buddy meeting us there. After he dials, he looks up and yells HOLY SHIT and whips the truck to the right. Well I have been looking out the front window the whole time, and there was nothing there. Well a 10th of a second later a blue Lincoln fly's by at atleast 90MPH. My buddy starts yelling "HE HIT MY F@#KING BOAT" over and over. Well we pull over and the wind guide is bent over. We look and he the car hit the metal over the submersible lights (did not break the lens) hit the guide arm and bent it over, hit the fender, broke the back mounting surface, and left blue paint and black bumper rubber on all of it! Well you know how close the wind guide is to your hull, well we are talking inches from crunching the boat and us! Called highway patrol but the guy was gone off an exit, and well we wanted to go fishing. They transfered me to another number and there was nobody there, closed?? Well we left and just went fishing, what else ya gonna do??

Man, I am sorry to hear about your buddies boat. I had that happen to me today, i was not hit though just a man was looking at a girlie on his side of the road mowing her grass and he was coming into my lane and he almost hit my left back door where my oldest son was sitting. I say if you are going to drive KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE ROAD!!!!! and if you are going to stare then pull over and take a picture

Best Catch: The next bite on a jig.
We use to fish at Smith Mountian lake and up there you had to get you bait before daylight or you didn't get it.

That meant you had to leave Greensboro at 2:30 and drive up 220 towards Roanoke to the lake.

It was like running a drunk driver obstacle course.
