I had one on my GW 263. Loved it right up until it broke. The mounting bracket that held it in place would let it slip over time, resulting it it sort banking around more than it should. The graphics card ended up needing to be repaired (a wire soldered) I had it done once for about 400 bucks. Then it broke again, and I sold the boat before fixing it.

I had an Echo Pilot. I will say I loved. Especially for any shallow fishing. I used to do quite a bit more striper fishing than I do now, and then I was in on the rocks. It worked great at looking out in front of the boat and giving dept.

Echo Pilot is based in the UK. The service guy in the US was a one man operation. If you have the mounting space and get in shallow it's worth the buy.

The transducer can be turned front or back. I used to turn it facing my baloons also when tuna fishing.
