Im trying to find a good deal in FLA [ house ]. Ive had my fill of dirty Jersey and its time to go south.
Im looking either S.E or S.W. florida. I thought their were deals to be had ???? WTF !!!!!! Everything Ive seen thus far is either priced too high or is a shit hole.
Anyone want to get ass raped on the sale of their Fl house ??

2-3 grand a sq ft for good is the norm round here. Plenty of cheaper stuff around but wouldn't want my loved ones living there... Once in a while some good deals come up on condos. Dig deep and you ought to find something...
