My take on it......lets say you land a fish big enough that it requires both hands to hold it for the photo, on top of that you caught it on light tackle and want to prove it in the pic = rod in mouth

These were caught by myself and my friend Sami, on spinning gear they are great catches both well over the 150 mark with the larger being at least 175. Both landed within 30 minutes. I dropped the rod out of my mouth and the fish hurt my lap so we took it without or else it would have been there.

Big Game spinning is all about the gear and the shot, you land big fish on small gear you earn the shot

Thanks that was a baby, I kiss all my fish goodbye too.I probably have about 40 pictures of me kissing my fish goodbye and putting them to sleep or releasing them LOL
