Fishing in Key West this winter

I've rented a condo in Key West for 10 wks. It's a 3 Bedroom unit at Sunset marina. I will also be towing my boat there. I have family & friends coming down at various times, but not for the entire time; therefore there will be times I will have 2 bedrooms (4 Beds) available plus I'll need a fishing crew.
