    Sad story from LEI. A NJ man was killed today in a boat collision.

    Very unfortunate. It's easy to get caught up in the excitement of fishing/boating and become distracted, it's sad when it has an outcome like that.

    We navigate through that area all the time. Its a real mess. The ICW gets all twisty and turny behind the marshes there.

    Lots of boats fishing flounder and weakies in the channel with bigger boats coming through. Doesn't surprise me.

    Sad though.
