Those bags seem to work well, I've seen a lot of fish come out of them at tournaments still kickin. I would like to get one too. Which is better and are they all about 150$$'s???

I practice safe fishing
I've used a C & H bag Tourney Kingfish bag for years; it can take long fish like kings & wahoo up to any size and bluefin up to about 150-lbs. Anything bigger, you can't zip it shut. It's sure a darn sight better than wrapping the fish in a blanket, but it's not as effective as a rigid cooler. Shove in a 100-lb. tuna and 40 - 50-lbs of ice at 9:00 in the morning and maybe 1/3 to 1/4 the ice will be left at the end of the day. I don't think the others work any better, worse if anything--a buddy of mine has one (forget the brand) and we had to re-stuff it with ice half way through the day.

I am a tackle Ho
Id recommend a rigid type cooler, the bags take up just as much space on the deck. they are great in a tourney for big fish like tuna or marlin but it is so much nicer for meat fish to open a lid put the fish in and put your lines back out to catch some more, rather than messing with the bag....
just my two cents..

On small boats canyon bags seem to work well. I carry chum and bait in them on the way out and hopefully fish on the way back. They seem to hold ice pretty well. Not as good as a rigid but definitely an option for the smaller boats

Old Harbor Outfitters makes some great offshore gear including a Tuna Bag. This past summer we easily fit a 145 lb. Big Eye in one..Their website is www.oldharboroutfitters.com

Sit down Shut up And fish
I prefer to use the bag for ease of cleaning. At the end of the day you just unzip, lay it flat and wash with a deck brush. When not being used they roll up nice, store easy and don't clutter the deck. There are some good values in bags from Bass Pro or Cabelas.

Crab mustard is good
POP Hawaii has about the nicest bag going for the money, tuff, and affordable in large sizes.
