Does any one else have a fighting chair mounted on their sled like this one?

Deep has one like that, though his comes with an ejection button, though don't think he would eject that one.

Boy they don't make them like that up here.... never seen a chair like that either.

I have seen a boat up here in Ma. that has the same fighting chair. He uses it for Giant Tuna.
Having the chair like that gives you a good advantage, getting you directly over the fish gives you better leverage.
Here is a couple more pics from a charter boat down south, I think the same as the pic above..
In this pic, the guy is a wide reciever for some NFL team...
In the other pic you can see how the chair swings around and you get on it and then get swung out...

I used to sell them at Murray Bros... Originally they were used in the great big cockpits on the big sleds to get the angler closer to the gunwale. That particular chair in the shots is on a rig down in Miami thats run by a very controversial fellow. The guy is a bit of a nut case... Won't mention his name here but he's not a good fellow. Was caught selling sailfish for meat. Frequently comes back over limit with pelagic sharks and repeatedly brings back big eye threshers and long fin makos that are both no take protected species...
