Fever

Ahhhhhh... Its here... Noticably absent for the last year its back with a force to be reckonned with... Not to be confused with the other fever which has been rampant with me for the last two years, mako fever. This one involves points and will not stop it's soul burning rampage til I have my fill.

Yes boys and girls... Its marlin fever this time and Deeps got it bad. After my crummy pseudo aborted trip this morning I was eating a ballyhoo and squid samwich when it came on full.
I close my eyes and become one with a very large white marlin. The antichrist and I share space and time as I join it for a swim. The water rushes past me. From all angles I can envision the large rounded dorsal with a small tear in it. I can see the colors of her skin change as we prowl the deep waters of the north. I can feel the remora near her belly. In the distance I can hear squid being balled up and the feed will soon commence. I am becomming one with the one I seek.
Something isn't complete though. I let my soul drift deeper and now have locked spirits with a jumbo blue too. How rare it is when I share the heartbeats with two fish... Come on clock, tick faster. I have a date with not one but two pointy ones...
My flesh shall sear and my very core will not rest until my soul sharing specimens have been bested...

It grows worse with the comming of the night... Three paths surely and steadily comming together. Only fate will dictate when and where they meet but it will happen. Shadows on the ceiling above my bed as I try to sleep take on familiar shape... Its Bluezilla and the Queen of all antichrist whites...

Deep fried hoos for those who havn't tried them are quite the treat. Who doesn't love calamari.?Heck I know a load of people that love suateed mullet (splittails are really good).
My missus packs a pretty good right if she bounces them off the lazy Susan in the middle of the table like a wake she only has to get about 5 knots to get me to pile on it. The glassy table she better be banging on some pots and pans to get my attention then jack it up to 7.5 knots!

She gets extra points if she uses food coloring to turn them purple or blue...

Night time again falls on Castle Deep... Shadows form in the Palm Fronds out back. From the midst of the steamy night air I hear the distant sounds of diesels and screaming drags. My teeth receed into two hard plates as my nose grows long and rough... I again swim with my two soul sharing piscatorial javelins. We draw together. They are confused by presence. I feel what they feel a life driven by survival instincts. But they are lost in my world. Unable to process emotions or fathom the complexities of what we call life they are forced to take the ride. As I eat a slice of Boston Cream poe they are surprised at the new sense that they have found in sharing souls with me. Taste... How bizarre. That squid or fish will never taste the same again...
As I fade toward sleep I let them return to their dark wet world to continue their trak that wil ultimately end when we meet face to face...

Not sure about the pie dredge but it might make me feel better! The clouds have built for the afternoon boomin. As I gaze beneath the ominous cells I can feel their eyes all over me. They can't fool me. I know they got their southern kin spyin and tryin to figure what I'm gonna unload on em this year. Let em spy, they won't be able to say no to the Deeps offerins. These two won't resist... We are one and I will call them in...
