I know its only been a few short or long days since some changes have been made and the rulers came out and some knuckles got smacked

But

Does the board look or feel any better to any of you???

I noticed this morning when I hit the new post threads , it was FISHING and not a lot of dribble

Feedback please...

If you haven't noticed or felt it give it some time to adjust and you might be surprised

Looks great !!! you did a nice job. Im glad to see that some of these trouble makers are behaving now.

You're certainly correct, many of the contentious posts have disappeard in favor of fishing-related posts. And, the discussion within threads on MIU that you might consider to be dribble (or drivel?) has now been elevated to principles and ideas rather than personal attacks.

Despite that positive development, I don't necessarily think that was your intent.

As you said yourself, you intent was to prevent anyone from assuming the role of administrator and, through vicious attacks, drive others from the board, especially those who would in the absence of those personal attacks conduct themselves with civility.

I think you've succeeded. Kudos for having done so.

In the process, you've gotten some bonus benefits. Kudos again.

Kind of reminds me of "One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest" where Nurse Prichard administers a frontal lobotomy to Jack Nicholson..... Low Tide seems better now, but who knows what he'll do next...........
