No disagreement with you there. The diamond isn't as marketable of a resource as oil.

Regardless of motives, you can't deny that the logistics of setting up concrete operations over there to fix the problem wouldn't be absurdly complicated.

EDIT: You see what looks to be a Gov't pre-ban M16 in the upper right? Bet that would fetch a pretty penny.

It would be much easier than everywhere else, but it would take a looooong time to do any good though. Nothing over there to make anyone invest the time and manpower into helping.
