If you ever want to get out of jury duty, just drop the name Rush Limbaugh somewhere in one of your responses and you're pretty much done right there on the spot.

I have been called to duty one time and was eliminated pretty quickly because I was a little too decisive. It was a case involving a traffic accident where the victim was trying to extort as much punitive damages as possible claiming pain and suffering and mental anguish as well as long term damage to her secretarial career. She was drop dead gorgeous and had only suffered 3 months of physical therapy/ chiropractic care to make her poor back and neck feel better. Since I showed no sympathy towards her, I got booted really quickly before I contaminated the jury pool. It kind of pissed me off because I wanted to try to be there to try to keep it fair and reasonable.

If you just say what's in your heart and mind to begin with, that's usually enough to get most people eliminated. The attorneys are actually looking for mindless people that can easily be manipulated as opposed to an intelligent but impartial juror. imho
