Sportbike. I don't ride as much as I did though. I've seen it all here. I am 10 min. or so from the Lincoln Tunnel.

I've been "tapped" on my bike more than a few times. Not on purpose. However, I've had people cut in front of me and slam on the brakes.

Some areas here in NJ...I would NEVER get out of the car. Oranges/Newark/Irvington/Passaic/Paterson/Elizabeth/Linden/Rahway etc. You WILL without a doubt get shot or stabbed. And if you pulled a gun chances are they would just pull theirs and shoot you before you even thought to yourself:

"Hmmm self: Is this a bad idea?"

When I was young and dumb I have gotten out of the car. Thankfully nothing bad happened. Now I would just dial the aggressive driving hotline which DOES work. I've had 2-3 instances where I dialed it and 2 miles down the road a Trooper had the person pulled over.

Pulling a gun on another person for road rage is a SUREFIRE way to end up in the slammer. A firearm carried for personal protection should only be presented when met with immediate life threatening danger. Stuff like that gives law abiding gun owners a bad name. People wonder why they label any NRA member with the term "redneck".

UP HERE, WHEN YOUR RIDING, MOST OF PEOPLE JUST CUT YOU OFF NOT PAYING ATTENTION AT ALL, AND THEN THROUGH IN THE POT HOLES AND DEER RUNNING EVERYWHERE ITS A CHALLENGE TO RIDE, BUT WHEN WE DO HIT THE INTERSTATE IT SEEMS TO BE A GAME FOR THE TRUCKERS TO BLOW YOU OFF THE ROAD AS THEY PASS AND IF THAT DIDN'T WORK THEY WILL CUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, ITS A GAME TO THEM.

WE HAD THE EXTREME ROAD RAGE GAME UP HERE FOR A FEW YEARS RUNNING, A TRUCKER WAS TAKING OUT STATE TROOPERS ON THE INTERSTATE WHEN THEY HAD OTHER DRIVERS PULLED OVER, HE WOULD HIT THEM WITH THE TRUCK AND EVEN KILLED A FEW,THEY FINALLY CAUGHT UP WITH HIM.

THIS PAST NOVEMBER I WAS GOING THROUGH JERSEY ON MY WAY TO S/C, WHEN I STOPPED IN A REST AREA IN NEWARK,SOMEWHERE AROUND MID-NIGHT, SOMETHING I WILL NEVER FORGET OR DO AGAIN EVEN IN BROAD DAY LIGHT.


YOUR RIGHT, PULLING A GUN ON SOMEONE IS A WAY TO GET ARRESTED FOR SURE AND GIVES ALL OF US A BAD NAME, USING ANY TYPE OF THING IS CALLED A WEAPON UP HERE AND IS A FELONY ASSAULT, THERE GOES THE GUNS AND THE REST OF YOUR RIGHTS SO ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT.

Here ya go. Right now on rt 422 a lady has been shot in a road rage incident. Dont know her condition, hope she survives. BUT, for all those that think they can just shoot someone because they hunt ducks and live down south with 14 acres behind their chicken coop........Ill let you know what they do when they catch the guy. Ill bet you wont see this in american rifleman.
Reason #1. carrying a gun is stupid.

everytime i cross the Maryland/Wash DC line i encounter the "RAGE"....

usually the young punks will intentionally break the law so the cops will chase......

to the kids it is a game...with no concern for the innocent motorist who may be involved in an accident as a result.....

99.9% of the time.....the aggressor car is either stolen...has stolen plates......or is uninsured......so thus they call their game "Hit & Run"

Hey i like playing bumper cars with those young punks......My hit just hurts a little more...... Thay start it, ill end them!
