"worst of all wrestling from grade school through a college scholarship"

haha me too brother me too ... I got pins and plates in both shoulders and my cuff and labrum look like swiss cheese.I qualified for states freshman and sophmore year and couldnt go due to tearing shit in district finals ... Junior year wrestled two matches and was told by the doc I have to stop cause he cant do anything anymore.I sit here my senior year and watch my rival through out junior high and his freshman year take second at states and ranked first this year... IT BLOWs.

See a doctor or your going to pay for it even worse in the end.

you may want to try liquid Joint Care. it comes in a 33 oz white plastic bottle and is available at Sam's Club for about 19.98 and you only have to take a 1oz jigger a day instead of 6 large glucosamine & chondroitin pills. it contains glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen and msm (methylsulfonylmethane) which is very good for pain. you may not feel results right away, but it works. also, blue emu gel is also good for pain. it releives the pain almost immediately and is sold at Walmart (ugh) for about 12.00. CVS sells it also, but charges 16.00 for the same thing. Good luck. I know what it is like to be in pain.

    Surgery

I suggest you look into Bursitis. It's a inflamed sack (Bursa) of liquid in the elbow joint (and shoulder) and they can remove it or drain it.

I know two guys both had surgery and are back to playing golf (losers).

Hey Tackletrap, I am a tree climber, and have been for 20 yrs, so I feel your pain......mines in the shoulder....I tried the cortazone shot once and it helped for a short time. I'm still just livin & working through the pain.....use A5-35 rub when it gets real bad. I think surgery will be the only solution, but for now I can still open the beer fridge.
