You have got to be kidding me. How in the .... could the Navy be allowed to kill an entire ecosystem in a national wildlife refuge? I just don't understand the government.
The no olf fight has been going on for several years now. First the locals, then the special interest groups, then the state government, now the federal wildlife commission is in on it. The fight is on for the birds and the local communities.
Very true. I am from that area and the hearings go on on a regular basis. The National Wildlife services are fighting this now so hopefully they will put and end to it.
Man i hope so. If cant hurt i guess; any help to stop this is needed!
I mean it seems to me that if killing off more of the species is that they want they could open the season on the selected species for a longer period of time or something of this sort. Just killing of the birds with poison is INSANE...reading the description of what will happen to those birds is nauseating! What have we come to that we start killing off birds so that we can pave more of the beautiful farm land.....give me a break!...who do they think they are?
