That reminded me of a tech that I had @ BMW,when I'd take
him fishing He would always ask me if we could snapper fish
first, he would get a dozen or so split them open and sun dry
them on the bow of the boat and ad salt only. he was like a cartoon nothing left but the tail and bones. he'd even bring
the heads home so his wife would make soup out of them.

Somehow I get the feeling I wouldn't want to be downwind from that rack.
Reminds me of the racks the locals would dry conch on in the TCI. I knew how that smelled and that can't be better.
