Drive Ratio???

What does drive ratio mean when it comes to a marine engine. If I have the choice between a 2.0 and a 2.2, which should I take?

I'm assuming you mean a 2:1 or 2.2:1
The first number is generally the power source, meaning that for 2 revolutions of the engine, the prop turns once.

You'll want to make the decision based on how you run your boat/ want her to perform.
