Jesus f-in Christ on snow shoes !!!!

Got up at 5am cause the dog wanted out. Or so he thought.

Opened the door and he looked at me like, your kidding right.

Well with a foot up his keister out he went. Wake me up to go out, your going out.

Ever see a 12" tall Jack Russell in 20+ inches of snow?

Me neither. He vanished.

Amazing sense of direction. With little to no visual aid he burrowed his way straight to the pine tree where the snow is only about 10" deep.

Kinda felt sorry for'em thought. Must suck out loud needing to hike your leg just to have all your man parts still in the snow. I got a feelin' he and that tree are going to be intimate for a couple of days.

Next bit of entertainment, poor little fella was over come with the urge to purge. OMG. Every time he got the posture just right he'd hop up and turn around as if to say damn that's cold. I can only imagine !!!

Not to be overcome by the forces of nature and its accumulative effects the little guy heads straight into the dog house only to return with a look of total relief. No snow in there.

Guess I'll be digging a doggie latrine. Screw it !!! I'm going back to bed.

Could be worst he could be dachsund! No ground clearance at all!

Had a friend with a dachshund that got his poor butt scooped up by a Red Tail while executing his morning constitutional in the fiend out back. Damn, I thought, what cavemen must have had to put up with. What with Pterodactyls flying around looking for a meal and all.

Poor dog spent the rest of his life looking skyward every time he went out-side. Would no longer pinch one off in open territory either. Under a bush or a tree okay but never in an open field again.

Imagine, wanting to hug the ground only to discover you’re already there
