Dodging Bullets

I only wanted to unwind a bit... But... Since 4:00 my tv has been interrupted a dozen times with weather warnings from the eas... First it was just severe thunderstorms but now its tornadoes. Mrs Deep has family and friends in from South Africa and after watching the morning news about that town in Kansas getting erased they are quite uptight. I try to let them know we get tornadoes daily this way all summer and its really no big deal but six new ones popping up within 30 miles in the last hour has them all out of shape... And yes it does look like some really shitty stuff is heading our way
I think I need to grill some steaks and have a party and maybe that will relax them somewhat... Steak, beans, potato salad... Any other ideas to help calm these folks down...

I think I will head over and get some of that grilled steak with the family! it is much better then the pizza I am having delivered... I want a home cooked meal! I never have the time anymore to cook.

We've got green sky and pink lightning which is not helping... Actually the real crap is west and now south of us... I finally gave them a lesson in reading the radar and they are calming down...
SG if you're comming over, how about picking me up some donuts cause our guests ate mine... This little diversion is also affecting my loading of the Rolling Tackle Box... Yes I'm already in that mode... Trying to figure if I should load just the shark season stuff or if I should load blue water gear too. I'm booked for makos all through June> I'm not sure if I'll come home for a couple weeks before taking it to the canyon tournament season or if I'll just stay up there...

Deep..a quick question here. What does your Wife and daughter think of you leaving all the time to fish? I mean you just got home from Chub and already considering loading your shark gear. I understand your making a living but Man you live the life..i also understand its not all easy but if its what you love, thats awesome. Not trying to peak in your business by anymeans but i enjoy your storys and adventures

Yep... Came past us without really getting us right here. Something like 9 or 10 seperate tornadoes now... We had none of that stuff right here though... We get this crap frequently this time of year. Even a mile is a big safety window on the ones we get. Most of themare less than 100 yards across and seldom stay down for more than five minutes...
