46,000 jobs lost just last week....and unemployment rate @ a steady 9.7%......

and the Pres Bama says......no drastic change is good....and that the "end is near".....

WTF "end is near" is he and his politicos talking about... ..

ummm Mr President.....show the unemployed some jobs......

the one "end is near" that is a given.....his one term as POTUS.....yes...Bama changed America.....not allowing many to realize their American dreams......

yes Bama has changed America and we are get deeper in debt by the minute with nothing to show for it.....

America stay strong.....keep the faith.....one of these days Bama will get "SOMETHING" passed that will benefit America....not a foreign land.....

i know alot of people who are unemployed,i know alot of guys who lost their buisness's,and i know a few people who have lost their homes,hell,i've even had a few customers get their boats repo'd from my lot...things are bad,plain and simple fact...
political ?? well ?? what about how much this mess of a war in iraq is costing you and me,for what ?? for us to force our way of life on these people ??

do i agree with obama ?? nope !! didn't vote for him either,i voted for Mc Cain/Palin,reason being,sarah palin,she's real america...

the problem is on both sides of the isle,granted,the democrats are just giving everything away,they're runnign this country into the ground,as we speak.pelosi,obama,biden,these people have no clue what it's like to go out and MAKE,as in EARN a living,but,neither did george w bush...get what i'm saying here ??

all this can and will change,when the common man runs government.i've typed this before and it's truer and truer every day...the constitution states "government,for the people,by the people",want change,real change,this is what has to happen,till then,it's gonna be the same old thing,from both sides of the isle...

obama is a self proclaimed progressive. that is just a new name for socialist/marxist. if he was concerned over the economy he could have made a difference but IMO he has a personal agenda to follow come hell or high water and it is important to break the country's spirit and economy first..

I've been outta work since Sept. 1st, I hoped I could have found a new job quick because I'm not a lazy Azz. All I have ever known is hard work, every job I have had I worked!!! I'm as a diversified work as you can get, jack of all trades and a master of some of them

I have submitted over 30 job apps. in the last 6 1/2 months and not one single hit

What happened to Obama's stimulus package? We are suppose to be eye ball deep in job creation, building roads, railroads all kind of stuff, Stock market should be busting 14000 instead the dollar is just about worthless and what do we do when China calls in the 1.5 trillion dollars of our debt? I guess Obama is gonna just saw off Alaska and cut out Texas and give it to them I hope the 2010 mid terms send the Dem. majority to the bottom, can you say impeachment Send Obama back to Chicago organizing crack heads

the purpose of this thread was to bring attention to the SYSTEM......and all of the jobs they were going to create....WHERE ARE THE JOBS THEY TALK OF....???

sadly all talk and little action....the SYSTEM is not working for those who want to work....INSTEAD it is a free ride for the bums....

again....i do not fault anyone wanting/seeking work.....(hope you find fufilling employment).....i blame the BS that stems from the White House and is passed on down to the Senate & House

I'm sure it's the same everywhere but here in lower De.
fondly reffered to as LSD, Lower Slower Delaware.
We even have bumper stickers.

Many unemployed folks that once held fair paying jobs
are now collecting unemployment. If they can find a job, It pays less than what they get for unemployment.
thats a no brainer. Would you go to work for less than you can get for not working ? when the pay you get for working wont cover the bills ? Not I.
Most I know will take just about any side work they can get
for whatever they can get to supplement unemployment but are unwilling to give up what pays the rent.

Some of these ( many ?) held a job for years and got laid off.
You know, the longer your with a company the more you make. Company then hires new bodies ( after a slight wait) for half the pay.
Thats just business cutting costs.

Years ago I would have said do your own thing, Start your own service business. The money doesnt go away just someone else is earning it and will pay for services, the trades may be slow but ya gotta get leaky plumbing fixed
right ?
Today,
Way to many people looking for anything they can
get to pick up a few bucks. It's easy to find labor,
a lot of it skilled, for less than minimum wage
to do side jobs.
It's tough out there folks. I hope it turns around soon.

Have we ever known a one term president, so early in the game? Jimmy Carter had us fooled a bit longer I think....
