Couldn't wait to catch em, so I painted some.(Now lets hope they show up this year!) I named it "Yellow Fever" for now unless I come up with something better.
Mark, Make your taters with some garlic and asiago cheese. Put a big plop of taters in the middle of your plate. Toss a perfectly grilled tuna steak on top, let the grilled goodness seep into the taters and you sir have a meal fit for a king, the tangy cheese mixed with the subtleness of the tuna are a nice flavor combo.
