Destin Fl. Anyone Fishing?

I will be in Destin for a couple weeks after the first of the year and was looking for fishing opportunities. Ive never been to Destin at this time of year, so I dont know what is available, if anything. Anyone have any input or local knowledge, I'd appreciate it. I'd also be willing to share on expenses if someone needs a free deckhand, dont care what type of fishing, just need to satify the craving for saltwater fishing.

Grouper is the ticket right now if you can find them. Amberjack is supposed to open back up Jan 1 too. You can always count on Mingos to save the day if nothing else. =)
