am i seeing this right, are they complete deer carcasas, we normally skin the deer first so we can use the meat. or does this company butcher the deer for the customer, now im not being a smart ass here, just questioning ....dave

a couple of those bucks are SOME shot up. guess the guy doing the shooting didn't see the movie "the deer hunter"

Sorry for the misspell on the post title, it was late. Dave we have 2 of us skinning the deer and 3 butchering. Then one of us vacuum seals the meat. Damn hard work!
Im ready to paint some more fish, hopefully I won't cut off a finger or two!
