I'vge been bad about getting my rants up in an orderly fashion. I appologize,,, ,,, Today though I had something get under my skin so I figured Id share it...

Mega Yachts... You know the ones that require a swiss bank account with 100 million escrow before you can take a look at one. Well today the decended on Chub Cay here like flies... On an otherwise calm bluebird day they roared in at 25 knots and burning 300-500 gallons per hour with their six foot plus wakes streaming across the pocket. These thoughtless scumbags do not come off autopilot and don't give a shit aqbout boats fishing. They sit in the basin with live bands and discotechs trying to out noise each other.

They don't even kow there are people like us. As they sip bottles of wine worth more than my boat, the crap they lay on their crews is inhumane and degrading. The proletariate just don't care and when they're in mass it just gets worse. I could hear screaming about fingerprints on the chromed hand rails between decks. A spot missed means chamoising the whole boat again.

The wake throwing bahemoths will be here for the weekend. Then Monday no doubt sling their wakes as they go to the next party spot... Can only hope that I'm not backing on a blue in their path when they do... There, I feel better...

It's amazing how inconsiderate some people can be and how caught up in themselves they tend to be. When you look at the condition that some people live in as well as consider the things that are truly important in life, it's disgusting that someone would get reamed and degraded for missing a spot on the rail. I believe I would have to unzip my pants and make a big spot on his/ her leg if someone ever pulled that crap on me.

Only one other thing that I can think of that could be worse. SAILBOATS on autopilot traveling around 25-30 boats fishing and not having a care in the world b/c some jacka$$ told them when they took their boater's safety course that they have the right of way ALL THE TIME! The bottom of the chesapeake has well over $500 of my gear thanks to these brainless idiots!

The only problem with that is the crew suffers more because of it. The owner just gives orders, the crew has to clean up the mess.
