DAY 3-4

Well day 3 and 4 of Captains class have been brutal. There is stuff in there you will never need to know, but its in there.

Q: IF YOU SEE 3 RED LIGHTS AND A GREEN LIGHT OFF TO THE SIDE, WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?

A: A BIG DAMN BOAT STAY OUT OF ITS WAY.

Thats all you need to know! But NOOOOOOO......I've gotta know that its more than 50 meters, sitting still and the captains dead or whatever?

Well I'm putting on my game face and taking off for day 5!

Who is the instructer? How many did you start the class with & how many do you have now. When I went through it after Plotting we had 4 not to show again & another 2 not to show after the piss test was announced to be done the next day you would think people would be smarter than that!

the same shit happened where I took it. I thought that the plotting was the funnest part.



Hey Jim,

Too bad I didn't know that you were taking it, I wuld have brought you down the flash cards that I have for the lights and day shapes! they were a great help. Make sure you print off the bank questions from the CG site for the rules of the road section. you can only miss three questions out of thirty on that one, the rest of the sections came easy for me! Practice the test over and over again!

Scott Spivey at Sea School. He's pretty good I think. We haven't lost anyone yet, but just today I was thinking F-This. I have absolutely no life right now. Still have to finish the class, take the test. Get CPR and first aid. Then go to Charleston to get fingerprinted. How about that one. Now you have to turn the packets in personnally.



PS. Sailboats suck!
