It was close. I can't believe how much time they wasted on the last 2 drives!! Was making me nuts. They covered the spread, glad I didn't bet against 'em
I don't think we can say they choked. I thought they played the game hard, but too many mistakes at critical points cost them the game. We are usually good at keeping turnovers under wraps, but gave up three today. That'll lose a game any day of the week.
Three things lost this game...
1 - Interceptions
2 - We were DOMINATED at the line of scrimmage. No where near the pressure on Brady that there was on McNabb
3 - ATROCIOUS time management
Something else I must say...Terrel Owens is a WARRIOR! I give him MAJOR props as he played an outstanding game and was the one guy you could tell who really WANTED it! Great job.
In my opinion, this game was VERY winnable, but the clock management at the end of the game lost it for us.
