I sent my glasses back for some repairs. I keep checking the website and it keeps saying that they received them and they are reviewing them. now thats been awhile.
What is the turn around on these things. I hope to get them back for this summer.
I've had at least 5 pairs replaced by Costa. Never had a problem. One time I told them I was unhappy with the style that I had purchased and the President of Costa called me, sent me a catalog, and told me to pick out any style I wanted. Not that's service!!!
i sent mine in 3 weeks ago.. got the notice there being fixed... cost me 31.50 and the 9.95 to have them fixed.. i sould have never sent them back. i get my costas for 80-140 bucks.. but i do have 3 pair.. hope to have the new ones back by next thursday atleast for sharking.. if not i have another pair
Every pair I have ever owned the rubber on the ear pieces has fallen off. Now I have a pair that the polarization is coming apart in. I haven't sent them back just yet being they are my back up pair.
Im having the same problem with my fathoms. The ear and nose rubber has completely come off. The lens has these 3 small lines on the inside which you cant wipe off or do anything about.
