i talked to a guy names brian today with costa.. my frames are broken so there giving me a brand new pair. 31.25 for them.. i told him about the rubber coming off they fix them too for free its a defect they said. but its he only thing they put on thee glasses that doesn't make the back pf the ears hurt they said.. they said they will replace them many times just so we have confort.. i have his # and he is taking care of me.. they were sent out last week and they got them on the 20th.. he went to the department today to have them sent to invatory to have them shipped tomorrow or monday.. told him its tournament time and i need my blue water glasses.. anyone want his # let me know as i don't want to flood him with to many calls
I sent a pr back 3 years ago and they sent me a brand new pr back within 3 weeks. All I needed was the framed fixed, but they sent me a new pair anyway. I have never had a problem with Costa's.
I've never had any problems and have sent 2 of my 3 pairs back for repairs. It takes about 3 weeks like everyone said. I fixed the earpiece on mine (after they were replaced for free once) with some black shrinkwrap. It doesn't look as nice but they are comfortable and still going strong after about 8 years.
Sent mine on the 28th. Just ran the "RI" numebr and it says they are still waiting for glasses... Sent them US Postal Service... Should have been there (from PA) by now. Anyone know how often they update their site?
costas service is world class. I havent had an issue with mine and its going on 5 years. every service or warranty issue I ever hear of is smooth and they go the extra mile to keep the consumers happy.
Just got my e-mail notice this morning that they recieved my glasses... 2+ weeks later...

Thanks! I just gave him a call... Mine said they have been shipped. I ran the Tracking number they gave me and they said they have been in excepted in Philadelphia since 6-19... I live right outside of Harrisburg... They could pony express them by horse and get them to me quicker... I called the postal service and they said I needed to contact the shipper. This is getting old...
