    Here are a couple of my favorites;

    Sesame-Teryaki Glazed Tuna
    1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons of Teryaki (or Soy) sauce
    3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Mix them all together in a cup. Brush them on both sides of the fish and put in the fridge for about 15 mins.

Slap the fish on a hot grill, turn once

    Wasabi/Soy Encrusted Tuna -
4 Table spoons of wasabi powder
    4 tablespoons of water
    2 Tablespoons of Soy sauce
    4 Tablespoons of Olive oil

Mix all together well into a thin paste

Coat both sides of the fish liberally with the mixture and slap on a hot grill
    turn once - Eat well

    Worchestershire/Garlic Butter Tuna -
    3 Tablespoons of Worchestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons of finely chopped fresh garlic
    1/2 Stick of butter

Put the ingredients in a microwave safe cup or bowl - cook for 30 seconds
stir the mix and cook until butter is melted.

Brush mixture onto tuna (colder the better - it will stick to the fish)

Slap on a hot grill, turn once

ok, mine may seem strange, but I absolutely love it marinated in a Honey Mustard BBQ sauce. I usually let it marinate for a couple of hours during the day before I cook it on the grill or in the oven but I tell you, its really good.

Most grocery stores have it. Around here anyway
If you can't find it send me a PM with your address and I will mail you a bottle
Rub the spice on the steak, get the pan nice and hot
Butter or EVVO whatever you prefer, or you can do half and half for flavor
    Butter is better
Watch when the tuna is white halfway up the steak, time to flip
    No need for WASABI!
It is great with all types of tuna

    Stuffed!!!

Use a sharp knife to cut a 1" slit in one end of the steak. Wave the blade around in the middle to open up a pocket -- try not to cut through, but the bigger the pocket the better.

Mix fresh dill, fresh oregano, and fetta cheese in a bowl and stuff inside the steak you prepared above. Brush the outside of the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. slap on the grill fairly high heat. I like it fairly rare in the middle but that is up to you.
