    container shipping rates

    anybody have an idea what it should cost to get a 40' container of goods shipped from China to Baton Rouge, La. I have no clue but the estimate seems way to high. I could fly over there and sail it back cheaper than that. lol

    I have a neighbor who has worked for Maresk or is still consulting for them and I if yu want I may be able to find out some info from him. I know that line ships to wilmington but I am sure they go to NO as well
