I don't think the Japanese have a word for "by-catch." Never needed one. If a Goodyear tire comes up in the net, it's prolly going on ice!

all trips catches and boat / personal lic. were up and running very well. Over here you couldn't sell your fish without it! They faxed me a list of people to call to buy thier permits and boats. Yep they were helpfull but thats the way things went.
