    Well then maybe have a private discussion with the owners and tell them how thier employees act.

    As an employer, I don't always know how my employees act around my customers and have had discussions from customers and then I can straighten out the employee if so needed.

    My guess is this guy has been feeding his boss a line of shit for a while. Like you said the bosses may have no clue what the real story is. Right now the situation calls for ratting him out and I guess thats what I'm going to have to do...

    My first thoughts on this are, “What did you do to piss the guy off to get the comment?” Then you say that it is something you cannot talk about publicly…..but you have no problem chucking it up on the internet so you can get a DeepC pep rally going. I’m starting to see why the guy told you to go Fawk yourself.

    If you really can't figure this dilema out, give all the details so you can get feedback that is appropriate to the question. If you want a bunch of guys on here to pat you on the back to see if you still have a fan club on SFC, then disregard my advice below because you're not really trying to solve a problem.

    The employee works for the person who signs his/her paycheck. If you have a beef, go to the boss and talk about it. If you need to get some “internet muscles” before doing that (I would choose beer muscles myself, but I know you gave up the juice), then maybe you’re not as right as you think you are.

    Here’s my $0.02:

    1. Grow up and deal with it in private, not on the internet.
    2. Talk with the employee’s boss about your problem, don’t try and get a mob behind you for support.
    3. If you do not get resolution to your liking, take a step back and look objectively at the outcome and see if it is reasonable.
    4. If not reasonable in your opinion, talk to the other members and see if they think it is reasonable.
    5. If they think you are right, present a group objection to the boss’ decision.
    6. If they think the boss is right, decide if you are going to live with it or leave the club.


    It seems like the time wasted on your involvement in this thread probably would have resolved the problem with the club owners if you just went and spoke with them.
