In another thread (the one about Christine O'Donnell's Ad) there's an ongoing discussion, or, adulation really of Chuck Norris, the action hero. Fine and good.

In another thread, I recently extolled the virtues of using fanny packs not only as gun bags, but also, for offshore fishing as they are extremely utilitarian for that purpose.

Strange confluences never cease to amaze. Here's a picture or the famed and adored Chuck Norris in the Middle East with his personal defense firearm tucked neatly and handily within a fanny pack.

I'll ask again, now who's laughing? Certainly not all those in the Christine O'Donnell thread who are lining up to express adoration for Chuck, right?

Why don't some of you guys write Chuck and tell him how you feel about fanny packs and then hope to survive the lethal marshall arts kicks and punches that you so admiringly ascribe to Mr. Norris?
